‘Cheers’ full of tears!

With blear-eyed look
The drinks he took
With eyes full of tears
He enjoys his 'cheers'!       

His flushed red face
Has no bashfulness
He has enlarged breast
And 'spiders' scattered on the chest.

In the abdomen distended
Has fluid accumulated
Gives handshake hot
But has libido lost.

His concealed sin
has relieved his mental tension
But has expressed
in the form of "Portal hypertension'!
